I’m so devastated @Verizon @VerizonSupport @apple I flew home from a work trip on 10/15. I landed at 11:30 pm. I rushed home, unpacked and showered so I could get to sleep and be ready for my 4am alarm to order the iPhone duo on 10/16. I get up. I’m prepped.
