There is a known issue with the JogTracker update released on May 23 for users with Android 9.0 on their device. The timer and distance tracking may freeze mid workout. We are working to resolve the issue and hope to have a fix in place soon. We apologize for any inconvenience.

3. You can also check the battery settings. Open your device settings then choose Battery, then press the "3 dot" icon in the top right corner to access the menu and choose Battery Saver. If it is turned on, try turning it off.

If you ever see an issue in JogTracker where it tracks a straight line from beginning to end instead of the actual path you took, the problem is most likely that you have power saving features enabled on your phone. It's very important to turn off power saving for the GPS.

2. Look in your phone settings for a section called Device Maintenance. Deactivate the app power monitor under battery.
