Was chatting with an influential guy yesterday. He said he didn't think about this until I told him.

For a large player to grow, grabbing market share from smaller players will at best give single-digit % growth. But if you can grow the industry by 2x, everyone doubles. 🤷‍♂️

Crypto is nowhere near saturation yet, penetration is less than 10% by number of people, probably less than 1% if we look at total wealth.

Growing the industry is easier than taking market share from existing players, even for small players.
