Moroadi Cholota, Ace Magashule's former PA was arrested by the United States authorities last week, she is studying there.

This is after NPA announced that she will be a state witness without consulting her.

Cholota refused to sign a pre-drafted affidavit to become a state witness in the case against Ace Magashule, Edwin Sodi &16 others.
