Engineers have come out today, but I’d like to make a formal complaint about one of the managers.Also my walls now have holes in them and my wallpaper is torn off the wall, I take it as it’s a city fibre manager who insisted on installing this, you can arrange to fix?

@fourthutility @CityFibre Had internet drilled into my house, it’s a fire hazard behind my microwave. Was assured it was fine. It isn’t. Cancelled on the same day. That was weeks ago. Sick of calling and being palmed off. Come get your stuff out of my walls and then fix them.

@CityFibre @fourthutility I have tried. Your engineers were great, but after telling us they couldn’t install it anywhere that wasn’t going to be an eyesore, their manager drove to the house and insisted upon causing a fire hazard. It’s a city fibre issue too.

@IanBourneArt I figured that would be best for me too, because I love oil paints but I really need to practice the blending. They’re just so expensive, so maybe I’ll buy some oil pencils first and see how I get on 😂 thanks Ian!
