The Tatum approach will be the new standard of Achilles repair and return to play. The Arthrex method has changed tendon repair. The old rules don't apply in the same way anymore

I think this thinking is outdated. Achilles will be viewed like ACLs after Halil, Dame, Tatum look great. Look at how Kittle is moving 8.5 months removed from his injury.

JT was back in under 10 months and was All-NBA quality. With a full offseason to get right, it's wheels up.

A lot of players who are just automatically getting max contracts are no longer going to get them. We're seeing that transpire already. They're still getting what used to be max money though, but getting less than you think you're worth is tough, regardless of the insane amounts of money involved

People can choose to believe me or not, but I'll say the second apron spares no one for as long as it exists. It doesn't matter if it's the Knicks or Celtics or Pacers or Magic ...
