香港活动人士、支联会前副主席邹幸彤周五在法庭上表示，即使身陷囹圄，她仍将继续为民主发声。 支联会自1990年开���连续30年举办六四烛光晚会，悼念“六四”死难者。

上周，已解散的香港支联会前正副主席李卓人、邹幸彤被裁定“煽动颠复国家政��”罪名成立。这一判决遭到了联合国、人权组织以及包括德国在内的多个国家的谴责，被指压制言论自由。

在周五举行的量刑听证会中，身为大律师并选择自行辩护的邹幸彤向法庭表示，她不接受有关判决，并将坚持为“六四”寻求平反。

六四维园烛光不再

Russia could have up to 1,300 ballistic missiles a year. Right now, they have 600–630. We have an approximate understanding of the volume they are counting on from today and through the end of winter. Roughly speaking, they could have 100 ballistic missiles a month. But they are not at that level yet. We are working to weaken their military industry. There are corresponding tasks involving strikes on military targets and other anti-ballistic sanctions.

We have become quite effective at intercepting other types of missiles. Our combat aircraft are doing so, and we have more IRIS-T systems now – the relevant systems are in place, and missiles for them are arriving to counter Russian cruise missiles. We have Hawks as well – we are using many different systems to intercept cruise missiles. But ballistic missiles are ballistic missiles. We are now working to ensure that they do not reach those 1,300 – to reduce that number.

I wanted to secure 300 missiles for the Patriot systems as part of the winter package. The request from our Air Force is for 360. But when only 600 are produced a year, 360 is not easy to obtain. We are working with countries on additional options. And I would very much like to believe that we can find a way to access some small percentage of U.S. stockpiles – say, 5% or 10%. And we are ready to pay for those supplies. In other words, America would be able to refresh its stockpile, and we would be able to get through the winter.

Putin does not want to end the war and is expanding the scale of his strikes. He is waiting for winter. They are striking our civilian businesses, our logistics, Ukrposhta, and burning down Nova Poshta – since 2022. Why, in particular, do we strike Wildberries? Because it involves both the supply of military goods and big money for Russia. Our operation was very carefully calculated. It was their strikes on our logistics that led us to respond in kind, logistically. But we strike with an understanding of the scale of their losses. In that one operation against Wildberries alone, and only in terms of direct losses in Russia, the figure is around a trillion rubles. And if you take into account the company's debts, related losses for other companies and individuals, and the need to restructure operations and rebuild Wildberries, it comes to 3 trillion rubles.

We are also tracking the social impact of our operations in Russia. Many people in Russia want the war to end. They put it this way: they just want it to end. In our view, the statistics are as follows: more than 60% of Russian society wants an end to this war, a ceasefire. So this shows that public sentiment is moving in that direction, and the trends are clear. We have also seen a sharp decline in support for Putin's government. We are talking about United Russia. They removed Yabloko from the election because they expected Yabloko to get a maximum of 3% or 4%, and then they looked at public sentiment, and there it was immediately at 11–12%, with an upward trend. They struck them off the ballot simply to ensure there would be no alternative to the war and to his rule.

The vicious Russian “safari” against our people in Kherson has long gone beyond anything a normal person could imagine.

This morning, the Russians struck an ordinary minibus in Kherson with an FPV drone. Four people were killed and five others were wounded. All necessary services are at the scene, investigating the details. What is absolutely clear is that the bus was civilian.

These are the realities of everyday life in Ukraine’s frontline regions. While partners hesitate over additional supplies of defense equipment, the Russians have long run wild.

Pressure on the aggressor is needed. Support for those defending life is needed. I thank everyone who continues to provide assistance packages and impose new sanctions on the aggressor.
