I had hoped there would have been a huge list, topped by "Welsh language saved", a tangible benefit to our cultural heritage.

The NHS in Wales is organised in such a way that public health policy can be implemented with speed. So I would score this as a draw, wales for the delivery, Westminster for the vaccine.
