How to 4x your email opt-in rate as a data consultant:
- Write content to build an audience
- Direct it to a dedicated landing page
- Use an EEC to capture email addresses
Educational Email Courses are 3-4x more effective than traditional lead magnets.
Try it!
Educational Email Courses are great lead magnets, but what else are they good for?
Well, they:
- Build trust between you and your audience
- Provide an opportunity to sell your coaching offer
- Establish you as an authority in the carnivore niche
EECs are versatile.
Use them
3 reasons carnivore coaches need an email list:
- Debunk common carnivore myths
- Announce new recipes and cookbooks
- Sell 1-0n-1 health coaching to potential clients
The value of an email list compounds over time.
Build it now
I genuinely believe that an EEC is the best way to:
- Acquire more email subscribers
- Build trust with potential customers
- And increase sales with a targeted offer
If you have a:
- Newsletter
- Product
- Or service
Send me a message.
Let's see what an EEC can do for you.
Everyone should be an entrepreneur.
Why?
Because relying on a single source of income risks your:
- Financial security
- Family's well being
- And retirement plans
Take ownership of your financial future.
Start something in your free time.
Diversify your income.
Why isn't your email list growing faster?
You have a poor opt-in offer.
It probably:
- Doesn't have a dedicated landing page
- Doesn't offer anything in return
- Doesn't stand out
Try using an Educational Email Course instead.
You'll 3-4x your opt-in rate.
@marcelwrites I'm reading a book called 'Mindset' by Carol Dweck, and it's all about overcoming those limiting beliefs with a growth mindset.
I highly recommend it!
I've been reading 'Mindset' by Carol Dweck.
It taught me that a fixed mindset keeps you from:
- Trying to improve
- Attempting new things
- Learning from your mistakes
But a growth mindset gives you the power to better yourself.
Try reading her book.
It's enlightening.
Stop using discounts for lead magnets.
Sure, they work (sometimes), but they:
- Make you look cheap
- Instantly reduce your income
- Lower the perceived value of your product
Offer people real value instead.
Educate them.
@jonbrosio Putting yourself out there increases your odds of being lucky.
You never know what situation or connection will lead to that big break.
Do nothing, and you'll never be lucky.
Annie Nelson lost 65k followers and 2 years of work overnight.
She:
- Had no control of her platform (LinkedIn)
- Had no method of acquiring emails
- Had no other large social profiles
Luckily, LinkedIn gave it all back.
But she almost lost it all.
Own your audience.
Educational Email Courses are extremely versatile.
They can be used for:
- Lead Magnets
- Product Tutorials
- Cart Abandonments
- And Product Roadmaps
EECs are powerful tools to improve your business.
All it takes is a little imagination.
Experiment with them!

In a creative slump?
Touch grass.
As writers, we often spend far too much time in front of the computer. Try going outside to get the creative juices flowing:
- Go for a walk
- Climb a mountain
- Wrestle a bear, idc (please don't)
Sky's the limit.
@kokotakeist A tracker is a good idea! I tend to pick up whatever sounds interesting at the time, which often leaves other books behind.
I'll have to try tracking my TBR too!
Fellow bookworms:
How do you approach your TBR backlog?
It seems no matter how hard I try, the list keeps getting longer.
There are just too many good books out there.
Is there any hope of catching up?
Somehow I doubt it 😅
@thoucreator I don't think simply having the idea makes it unique.
It's unique if you can apply your perspective to the idea and articulate it that way to others.
Otherwise, it's the same as everyone else's.
Originality is overrated.
It's rare to come across a truly original idea anymore, and even if you do, that doesn't mean it's any good.
The best you can do is throw a personal twist on those tried and true ideas.
We all stand on the shoulders of giants here.
You can too.
