@J_Leggett @EconomicHeart @ACRE_national A key to delivery of Sustainable Mobility is workable hubs. Urban and rural hubs will have different scales and characteristics. Clusters like Harwell seem to provide semi-urban hubs in a rural area. #mobilityhubs
