[ Welp since people are starting to turn into kids again i suppose i should announce that District 23's Children Center is always running and is happy to receive as many kids to have fun! ]

[ DISTRICT 23's OWN CHILDREN CENTER! ]

[ Now it may not be much but there's more to it than it meets the eye~! It has more playgrounds than what shown here, games, comfortable beds and most importantly TOYS! ]

[ There's kitchens aswell but kids ain't allowed!(Sorry!)
