Jean Gragg was 40 years old.

She had a son named Mason. A fiancé who loved her. Family who called her their rock.

On a quiet June evening in South Bend, her son set up a simple Facebook Marketplace deal at their own home. 18-year-old John Harrison Ford showed up for the watch. He pulled a gun instead.
