Our public finances are broken but this govt will not fix them.

Adult social care is clearly in desperate need of reform.
It will require massive restructuring of taxation and resources.
It's an issue that requires debate and public consent.
Burnham doesn't have the mandate to deliver this huge policy shift.
There must be a general election.

He fails to mention this was the work of the Blair government.
