@Activision @TreyarchCM @Treyarch I’m not sure if you are aware, but there is a MAJOR SECURITY FLAW in your game. There’s now been a multitude of people who have had their accounts perma banned and subsequently HWID banned. Somehow a cheat developer has gained not only access to confidential files but also the ability to change them and put your hardware ID in a list so if you ever hop on cod with that PC you are banned. I feel like we are in the beginning of this issue has it seems to be happening more frequently by the day. I may be stupid but cheaters having the ability to hardware ban LEGIT players should indeed open you up to damage and losses lawsuits as legit players have spent their legit hard earned money on said accounts. Don’t want to be annoying but I don’t know who else to tag as the person I know going through this just gets AI replies from @Activision.

We need an official statement from Activision. From a human being.

Okay, I have to speak up because things are completely not okay anymore with #TeamRICOCHET.I got a false positive ban on Saturday 07/03/2026 while I was live on TikTok grinding like crazy for an event with the wolf paw camo on my main account. Since I could no longer play on my main account, I switched to my smurf… and now I can’t play on my second account either, all because my main account is banned for false positives + hardware ban.If there’s anything on my damn PC, you can do a PC Check and search it from top to bottom, but literally this is a joke, frankly. I’ve always been a legitimate COD player, grinding my ass off for camos, Master Prestige, events, Battle Pass… On top of that I even pre-ordered MW4 to play it (same for the beta).So I’m going to ask for a refund of the game.@CallOfDutybans me wrongly while they also wrongly banned @ketchupgamer11 @EriKBooM_, and they get the privilege of being unbanned. But for us ordinary players who grind hard and just chill, we don’t get any help, seriously ?
