It was my honor to spend Sunday recognizing and celebrating the legacy of the late Joe Pelose. As a former Mayor of West Orange, I had the privilege of working closely with Joe throughout his years of leadership in the Department of Public Works.

Joe was a lifelong West Orange resident and a devoted public servant. He began his career with the Department of Public Works in 1984 as a truck driver and steadily rose through the ranks before being named Director of Public Works.
