Building a dashboard connecting 3+ different data sources is super simple now with AI
And these days we use AI to write most of the code too…
So why do 7-8 figure brands and agencies still pay us $5k, $8k and more for it?
Beyond simply saving time and headache vs having to build it themselves, there’s a few things:
Strategy and Context
Data Modeling
Performance
Testing and Validation
Maintenance
Security
None of these are rocket science tbh
But what we bring is the clarity and experience to bake 90% of this in from the beginning
And a team who’s actually focused on it to take care of the remaining 10%
That’s why clients are happy to pay us a premium
(btw similar stuff applies to almost any niche/service)
Your "I'm too busy to ship" excuse died on March 17.
That's the day Anthropic shipped Dispatch
A free executive assistant sitting on every founder's laptop
Nobody is using it right
Founders are still:
- Manually triaging inboxes at 7am
- Prepping their own meeting notes
- Copy-pasting research into docs
- Writing the same follow-ups every week
Dispatch can easily do all of this for you on auto pilot
I wrote the playbook: exact prompts, the 5 tasks to automate first, the 3 you should never hand off, and the morning autopilot setup
Like + Comment "DISPATCH" (must be following) and I'll send it
$10k/day brands don’t use ai as a random prompt machine anymore
they connect it to the full creative loop
meta shows what competitors are actually running
gethookd makes it easier to find the patterns and winning angles
claude turns that market signal into new scripts, hooks, statics, and offers
then the next batch goes back into meta for testing
that’s the system
not guessing
not copying one ad
not asking ai for “10 creative ideas”
real market data goes in
better creative output comes out
the brands scaling fastest are not always smarter
they just have tighter feedback loops
ads → data → patterns → new angles → more tests
rt + comment “loop” and i’ll send the full setup

AMF is $49 for 1k, yeah it it’s cheaper but as you go up in plans they get closer in price
Also this is not considering quality which I haven’t tested for these
The point of the post was if running at high scale it starts becoming worthwhile to build your own
If at the lower plans it’s better to just find a good provider and run with it
I was tired of paying FindyMail and Any Mail Finder exorbitant prices
just to find a prospect's email...
So I built a tool myself that does it 10X cheaper
pretty simple build and works great
and I only use those platforms to fill in the gaps
great example of a small use case where building your own makes sense
(Dm me if you want to try the email finder I built btw)
Been leaning on this stack recently, honestly been in such a good groove with it and can build so fast:
- TypeScript all day
- Next.js + Tailwind + shadcn/ui
- Railway deployments (frontend, backend, cron)
- Neon (serverless Postgres, so good)
- Claude Code (obviously)
So versatile too, works for data pipelines/dashboards, web apps, pretty much anything
I’m particularly interested in upping my game in the frontend and design space, that’s my weak point rn
Any recs?
Claude = 550 videos/day
Fully realistic UGC ads — cinematic lighting, natural human motion, clean pacing — powered by AI agents.
- UGC cost: $0
- Production time: minutes

One AI engine that creates, tests, and scales short-form ads automatically — nonstop.
Comment + RT “V2” and I’ll DM you the full workflow.

@KEmmra@hasantoxr Haha yeah basically all sounds good and looks good on the surface but once you dig in there’s nothing of substance
Basically summarizes 99% of the “B2B” content on X, LinkedIn and Reddit these days lol
