@eevblog I was laying out a shed slab and I kept getting different measurement - until I realised one of my tape measures was WAY out. Quality name brand were spot on. Cheapo brand were ALL off.

@eevblog I remember seeing a video from the guy that discovered the issue and devised the solution. He said that the only reason that the bags were pink was to identify the "static dissipative" plastic and that the pink was simply a dye added to the polymer.
