Starting my day with #gratitude is an essential form of self-care. It establishes a healthy baseline for my brain to process all the ups and downs that can occur in a 12 hour day, and it gives me something to come back to when I need strength, courage, and hope.
There is no best, only better. If you’re at your best, there’s nowhere to go, and I believe there’s always room for #improvement. “Improve Every Day” is one of our core principle because I know we won’t always get it right, but that we have the chance every day to improve.
