I see this girl in the street very often, almost every day, and each time I feel a deeper shock than the one before. Her condition is clearly and painfully deteriorating, as if the illness is taking something from her with every passing day.

She is suffering from a brain tumor. There is no treatment available for her here, and she is not allowed to travel to receive care. Just looking at her is enough to make you feel the depth of pain and helplessness we are living through. I never imagined I would witness such suffering with my own eyes, or that this level of neglect would become our reality.

Our lives are getting worse day by day. We are now seeing strange illnesses and deformities we have never seen before, while we remain completely unable to provide even the most basic forms of treatment or hope.
