One of my biggest concerns with Development Squads is mental fatigue. A former All-Ireland minor winner told me he now questions 5yrs of development squad & county minor training since the age of 13. Are we developing young players or burning them out before their adult careers begin?

@blowincat A big part of this is physical development. When it comes to 18/19yrs its a more level playing field a and fellas who dominated because they were bigger drift away. And of course a lot of development squads it's who you know rather than your ability.😉💥
