Jason,
I remember years ago when you took it upon yourself to leave your comfortable, posh life as an Ottawa Federalist and drive around Alberta in your truck, claiming to be a leader for the little guy. You shit-talked Trudeau and the Liberals, and shit-talked Rachel Notley and the NDP and proclaimed that you were a Conservative's Conservative. Either way, you claimed to have Alberta's back.
A few short years after you failed to deliver on your promises and were replaced, you're still sticking your head into Alberta's politics, only now you're shitting on MANY people who believed you and voted for you and trusted you to listen to them. Last night's Referendum was a direct result of Federalists like you that talk over those who are suffering in order to pander to powers that give you a spotlight.
If you want to be a part of Alberta's politics, you have to at least support Albertans. Otherwise, go back to Ottawa and see if you can find some work in a small municipality and leave Provincial politics to the provinces. 👍
@MimiProbably Alberta, Saskatchewan, and BC are not given federal transfers ie. Equalization payments. Ontario is now a have-not province and gets a top-up along with the other 7 (Gov. of Canada).
@CJPME@CalgaryOpera Erroneous take. The player was way out of line by imposing his cause upon an event that he is not in charge of. No one went to the opera that day for a political message.
