The 14th Amendment gives citizenship to the freed slaves and their children. It applies to no one else.

It took a Federal law to give American Indians citizenship 7 decades after the 14th amendment passed. If it didn't apply to them, it sure doesn't apply to any squatters ar scammers that can squirt out a baby on our shores.
