SECTION 5AA BOYS BASKETBALL FINAL
(5) Watertown-Mayer 73
(12) HLWW 49
Impressive performance by the Royals looking to make a deep postseason run. Tough way for a great season for HLWW to end. #HJSports

🏀🎉CONGRATULATIONS to the WM Boys Basketball Team!
They are your Wright County Conference West CHAMPIONS!
This is the first time since 1987 that we have claimed the title!! (WM was co-champs in 2000.)
Good luck to them as they enter Section competition soon!
Royals AOW is John Mueller:
John averaged 15 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists for us this past week. After missing the early part of the season with injury, he has worked hard to get back to form and has had a huge impact on our team's success on both ends of the floor.
Thank you to my coaches, family, and friends for supporting through this journey. I want to thank the coaches at @Gustavus_MBB for giving me the opportunity to continue my basketball career. I’m excited to further my education and announce my commitment to @gustavus.
⭐It's Throwback Thursday!
Throwback to the last time that the Royals WON state --1986!
Check out these dads who were a part of this '86 team and now their SONS are part of the current WM Football team!
GO ROYALS!

'21-'22 Record: 19-9 (Section Quarterfinal)
Section 5AA
Minneapolis North's super team took them out last year, but @JohnMueller34 and company are in a great position to make a deep run in Section 5. Expect a strong outing out of the Royals.
The MBCA welcomes 2023, John Mueller, 6'4", Watertown-Mayer, as MBCA 2022 DI Showcase invite registrant; June 17-18 at East Ridge High School. https://t.co/fIuHDJ8nJq
Big W against Northstar Titans today to open the Fury Shootout. Fun game to watch. Everyone stepped up and played well for us. Mueller with 23, Hillesheim with 18, Kallenbach 11, Barger 10. Tyler Boegeman made some great plays on both ends as well.
