@lennysan - enjoyed reading your newsletter on Core4. Where I feel these frameworks fall short is that they don't include the Product work that's needed to keep things flowing. Are you aware of any framework that includes a Product Manager's function in product velocity?

@lennysan You can add metrics and checks and balances at the start of projects for those things, sure. When projects are in flight, time to response, reducing blockages may be something one could get data on.
