@DunelmUK 6.for a returned item. Is this common practice to do this.i wasn't informed I would be getting a returned item when I ordered it.
I would like this looked into please as its disgraceful if I wanted a second hand heater I would have got one from a charity shop.

However I find this disgusting I ordered a new heater on click and collect but. Instead of a new heater am given a returned heater so second hand with the box opened and if I hadn't asked why my box was open I would not have been told what's more I've paid full price

@DunelmUK 4. A bit stunned I said could I have a new sealed one. I was promptly told no . They don't have one. Having already waited nearly 20minutes and the fact that due to having my heating fixed we really need to have a heater for today. I left with the item.

When I eventually got to the till I was presented with the heater I quried why the box was already open I was why the box was already open and the assistant said because it was a return.

@DunelmUK 2.Hi ordered mini oil filled radiator yesterday 10th Dec for collection went to collect today 11th Dec. Went to the chelmsford store and was faced with cueing up for nearly 20minutes to collect my item. Any reason unlike other shops you don't have a separate till or two
