@adevineyfineart @toughtalkty IMHO rather than viewing them as 🚩s - it's best to first figure out why/how someone is using them and wether they'd be happy for a significant other to access/check their account and then take it from there.

@adevineyfineart @toughtalkty True! I'm sure the majority use them 4 hook ups, but I've used Scruff for platonic purposes for 10+ years, with 100% positive experiences. IMHO it's about being upfront and clear about ones objectives. Certainly things could go wrong but the same is true for sexual encounters.

@DANsplained0 Why do you consider Scruff to be such a🚩? My friends set up a profile on it as a joke, but I ended up using it to meet a rich & varied group of individuals , esp when travelling. Also I'm not into hook ups, so can assure - it's good for more than just sexual encounters.
