@VirginMediaIE trying to cancel my broadband as at 26th Nov. Just been told I need to give 30 days notice. Computer will no accept anything 30 plus days. If I phone at 29 days I'd have to pay extra month. Seems a very dubious business practice

@Chill_Insurance you're promising to send me on a refund since August 16th! Last week's update was a classic - "we've asked @Zurich for an update"! How much longer is this going to take? Do you actually care about customers after their money is handed over?
