@AerLingus Currently on hold for 1 hour 20 mins. The online chat will not connect to a live agent, stuck with the chat robot. I Cannot make changes to booking online as the booking was made using Avios. Seems impossible to actually use avios without speaking to an agent.

@AskAIB AIB really need to make annual interest statements available online. It’s ridiculous this is the only statement that AIB refuse to make available online. Why is this not happening. Every year this is a pain point.
