@British_Airways just wondering if there are any plans to open a route flying to Montego Bay in Jamaica? Looks like there were plans in 2020 but all flights for BA look to head to Kingston
The Lib Dems tearing massive chunks out of the Tories in places like Chichester, NE Hants and Bicester is a much bigger story, and ought to give the Tories more pause for thought, than Reform winning a handful of seats. Naturally the Tories will learn all the wrong lessons.
Greens to win as many seats as Reform? Without the constant BBC and press attention? Or the billionaire funding? Or the social media bots?
The British people are so much more decent than their media
I see people posting about every England player being individually bad, and I think that when this many extremely talented players appear individually bad at the same time, it is not the individuals who are the biggest problem
"If Labour win this time, they'll change the rules so they're in power for a very long time," says Rishi Sunak, whose government has
- Rejigged electoral systems
- Changed seat boundaries
- Introduced Voter ID
- Raised election spending limits
- Extended voting overseas
@Conservatives I prosecute and defend the most serious criminal offences, and have witnessed first-hand how your wanton defunding and reckless mismanagement of the criminal justice system has brought it to the point of collapse.
That you would think to campaign on your record is astonishing.
@adamcoatham@chilternrailway Does seem to have gotten worse in recent years. I heard another operator who'd put more carriages on (for social distancing reasons) but kept them since restrictions ease. Here the far too familiar message is of a reduced service due to unavailable carriages
Not sure there is anything worse in football than someone telling someone else how they should celebrate. How is it even a talking point after a huge game like that? It’s just complete bollocks.
Absolute gutter punditry that is just chasing engagement.
All the focus on HS2 is on what happens next rather than the last 10 years. Whatever decision is made there are serious questions about the competence of the British state and successive administrations that a 330 mile high-speed train line has proven (apparently) impossible.
@sortedfood Pretty funny to have vom in the first 20 mins. Loved the spirit of all involved to take part (Mike defo "won" poker face)
Whereabouts was the house?! Fascinated to know as it looked amazing. Probably best to ensure the fermented items have had a chance to air out though..
It is just so ridiculous that we have a system in which failed prime ministers hand out jobs for life to their chums on exit. It makes no sense on any level. We are drowning in these people now, entirely because the Conservative Party has been so stunningly useless.
Oh, I didn’t realise it worked like this! @grantshapps can I invoice you for the extra cost of my mortgage, energy bills and food which your party incontrovertibly caused?
