New Sad Planets sci-fi video for our song 'Just Landed' just went up. @jmascis stopped by studio while @patrickcarney and I were recording to add some hot leads. Thanks for the great response so far.

Giving a Nobel Peace Prize to a guy who has bombed 7 countries in a year (Iraq, Somalia, Nigeria, Syria, Yemen, Iran, Venezuela) would be a fitting testament to the state of the world.
It’s about the oil … again.
Bolton just exposed real motive for intervention in Venezuela: "We're in conversation with major American companies now...It would make a difference if we could have American companies produce the oil in Venezuela. We both have a lot at stake here."
If this action were constitutionally sound, the Attorney General wouldn’t be tweeting that they’ve arrested the President of a sovereign country and his wife for possessing guns in violation of a 1934 U.S. firearm law.
@epictrades1 I was in Venezuela as a kid when it had friendly political and economic relations with USA — before nationalization of oil. Military with M-16s on street corners all over Caracas and never saw such poverty and disparity of wealth anywhere in world.
John Petkovic always took the side roads—telling Cleveland’s offbeat stories, giving voice to the overlooked, and living the music he wrote about. A lifer who didn’t just report the culture—he shaped it. Honored to photograph him at Jim Lanza’s show.
@epictrades1 Agree. Anecdotally speaking, i saw a number of posters thinking it was a done deal that CPI will be light because of PPI. Even if is, could it be priced in?
@epictrades1 Great trade. We think alike. Bought NVDA on drop and sold. Schwab is terrible, tho. Was worried I wouldn’t be able to sell but was lucky it came back on near the highs
@epictrades1 Thanks. Yeah. that’s what I’m looking at but will play by ear. I haven’t liked the action in a while. Japan and US politicians calling for emergency cut in rates could lead to some real panic.
