YNW Melly’s attorney Carey Haughwout filed a Notice Of Alibi with Broward County Clerk on October 19.

YNW Melly’s defense claims he was in Fort Lauderdale before arriving at a Miramar address around 4 a.m. on October 26, 2018, and plans to present witnesses supporting his account.

The witnesses to attest have been sealed.

Most flood deaths occur in vehicles is objectively the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. So people drown on flooded roads? I’ve never seen that in my life. I get ruining a car or getting swept in a current but who is driving under 6-8 feet of water and can’t get out before it’s too late?
