🚨Physics teachers🚨 A fabulous share here from US teacher Peter Butchko. Nearly 150 lab sheets covering most topics. Thank you Peter! 👏👏👏👏👏https://t.co/7Bk1h8h63c
We just published the #prototype version of Sound Waves!
This simulation allows students to explore the properties and behavior of sound in air.
Check it out. You will love the two sources, reflection and air pressure screens.#waves#iteachphysics#sound https://t.co/Gh4JClKWH1
@JasonJAnger In my experience it’s mostly forced on staff that would rather teach so someone can tick a box that they have completed this years fashionable pointless activity.
@NEUnion Poor form. I’m disgusted to hear that a teacher in England is worth less than one in Scotland.
Feeling very let down that you would recommend such a poor below inflation offer that will continue to see teachers leave the profession 🙁
AQA Physics A level - do we need to cover Kirchoffs 2nd Law?
I can’t see any need looking at the spec and past exam questions but it feels odd to leave it out. Just do it as an extension? #chatphysics
@NEUnion@SkyNews
Just heard the prime minister in sky news, claim teachers were offered 8% on average up to 13% for new teachers. IIRC the offer was actually around 4.5%
Was he lying?
STATEMENT: Read our letter to @GillianKeegan from @cyclingkev and @MaryBoustedNEU on the eve of our latest strike. We are ready to talk any time.👇 #SaveOurSchools

@MrN_Primary Physics - because it’s cool and in order of preference yr12, yr13 then yr11. Old enough to ask interesting questions, have great discussions and sort of get my jokes.
@JohnPinchin@AQA have logged an official complaint with @ofqual. I would encourage anyone who has pay discrepancies to do the same. I also managed to get through to AQA payroll. Once through ask to be put through to the “Resource Management”. They seem helpful
