Jackie Young has been exposed intentionally not passing the ball to Caitlin so obviously she's taking orders from her ratchet husband dirty dijonai. To top it off the hate for Caitlin was shown on national TV with Kahleah Copper refusing to clap for Caitlin which is a rule the coach's have pushed on the teammates after a made basket to show support and Copper had to be told by Jackie Young "you better clap" and only clapped after seeing herself on the jumbotron trying to not look intentional with a weak clap like "damn everybody can see me now". What amazes me is that Sue Bird and none of the other coaches don't see or act like they don't see how Caitlin is being iced out even willing to turn the ball over instead of passing it to her. We know as a team when you get the ball in your hands coaches tell you look for your point guard and Sue Bird as a former Point Guard knows this too. So the hating teammates still doing this with 3 games in already tells me that the coaching staff and Sue Bird don't see anything worth straightening out, don't care, and if that's the case those are atrocious coaches. Caitlin should just go rogue!

NBC reporter Laura Jarrett seems to agree that the one juror who’s holding up the verdict and will likely be the only one to find Lindsay Clancy guilty should be removed

“Why wouldn't the judge just remove that one juror — if there is any suggestion at all that that juror is not able to follow the law, why wouldn't the judge just entertain the defense motion to remove that jury — I mean, these jurors have been at this for days now, right? Don't the rest of the jurors, sort of get some benefit of the doubt for trying to follow the law, but they're being held up by one person who refuses to?”

The one juror isn’t refusing to follow the law, the juror likely is the only one who doesn’t see reasonable doubt and knows she’s guilty

The argument is essentially that there is an inner social circle within the WNBA, particularly among LGBTQ players and longtime members of the league, and once that group decides what the acceptable position is, everybody else is expected to fall in line.

And apparently questioning that dynamic itself becomes the problem.

THAT is an echo chamber.

The issue isn’t anybody being gay. Nobody should care who another adult dates.

The issue is the idea that one social group gets to establish the league’s cultural rules and everyone outside of that circle is expected to conform, stay quiet or risk being treated like an outsider.

That’s EXACTLY the kind of old-guard mentality that desperately needs to disappear.

Then understand something:

THE LEAGUE IS BIGGER THAN YOUR FRIEND GROUP NOW.

New players are coming.

Millions of new fans are watching.

Different opinions are entering the conversation.

Everybody isn’t going to think alike, vote alike, speak alike or agree on every social issue.

And they shouldn’t have to.

If your version of “inclusion” only works when everybody agrees with YOU, that’s not inclusion.
