Wishing you a revolutionary birthday my brother @NubianBukenAli, may God grant that you see a free Uganda your youthful years.

Since yesterday, many of you have expressed the desire to contribute money to support the livelihoods of the nine political prisoners who were released from detention after close to six years. You may send in your contribution towards this cause to any of these numbers. In addition to the support the Party will extend to them, your contributions will be summed up and distributed to them equally.
Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi is our Party's Deputy President for Buganda Region. He is an immediate former Member of Parliament, having lost his seat to unprecedented rigging. He is a distinguished leader and economist.
On the night following the election, his home was attacked by the military, who shot and killed 10 people in his compound. Instead of arresting the criminals who killed our people, the regime instead arrested Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi and a team of his campaigners in January, and charged them with terrorism. They've all been in detention until the 9th of this month when the High Court granted them bail.
But Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi enjoyed his freedom only for a few hours. On 10th July, he was stopped at a police checkpoint and violently abducted by non-uniformed, heavily armed men moving in a drone. He was driven at breakneck speed to an unknown destination. For 13 days now, no body knows where Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi is. No body knows whether he is dead or alive. If he is alive, no body knows the state of his health. What we've heard is that he was subjected to severe torture.
I urge all citizens and the friends of Uganda to loudly and boldly ask Museveni and his criminal son this question: WHERE IS MUWANGA KIVUMBI? This runaway criminality must be REJECTED, RESISTED AND FOUGHT.
Weโve received disturbing reports alleging that Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi was tortured to near death at Kasenyi SFC military barracks and is now being hidden from the public while receiving treatment before he can be produced.
These reports cannot be dismissed lightly. Many of us have gone through similar ordeals at the hands of this regime and were deliberately hidden from the public until our wounds and the evidence of torture had faded.
While the regime keeps the country distracted with endless diversions, itโs now 10 days since our Deputy President of the Buganda region was abducted in broad daylight and since then, he has never been seen again.
Neither the police nor the army have accounted for his whereabouts.
Where is Hon Muwanga Kivumbi ?
Wishing a Happy Fatherโs Day to all fathers and father-figures out there who show up and sacrifice unconditionally for the good of their families.
Fatherhood goes beyond just biology and providing. It is about nurturing character. It's about teaching humility, honour and respect for oneself and for others.
It's about raising children with values that will positively shape the society that their own children will inherit tomorrow.
As I grow older, I respect Mzee J. W. Ssentamu more, and yes, now I understand him even more. Happy Fatherโs Day.
While the criminal regime continues to haunt my family and hunt me down, I took off time to read this very insightful book. Above all, it exposes Museveni for who he is and the damage he has done to our country, despite having come with the promise to break away from the past.
As Prof. Mamdani notes in this book, โThe Museveni era has corroded the morals of an entire generation, and there is unlikely to be an easy solution to the problem. A pervasive corruption and cynicism cloud the country like a fog. It will take no less than a generation for the country to come out of it."
A depressing account it is. We have work cut out for us. We refuse to give up or give in. UGANDA WILL BE FREE.

I know how everyone feels about elections right now, but to not vote for leaders today would be to surrender all remaining positions to the dictator. Please go out there and vote! The Lord Mayor, District Chairpersons and L.C.5. Councillors are voted for today!

IGNORE the fake results being announced by Byabakama. He can't tell anybody where those results are coming from. Our agents at the tally centre are asking him for the source of these results, and the regime enabler can't say a thing. The PEOPLE OF UGANDA will have the final say on this nonsense.

The world needs to know what is happening in Uganda on election day. Internet switched off. Massive ballot stuffing reported everywhere. Our leaders, including Deputy President for Western Region, arrested. Many of our polling agents and supervisors abducted, and others chased off polling stations. BVVK machines have failed everywhere. The PEOPLE OF UGANDA MUST RISE TO THE OCCASION AND REJECT THE CRIMINAL REGIME. THE WORLD MUST NEVER GIVE ANY LEGITIMACY TO THE REGIME OF BLOOD AND SHAME.

If you want to understand the criminality and corruption of the Museveni regime, consider what has happened to these two women who nominated as @NUP_Ug candidates in Rwampara District. Both of them were violently arrested in Mbarara on 7th November and taken to prison. They were charged with 'obstruction of a police officer' alongside 36 other comrades! Since the two were nominated candidates, the criminals approached them and told them that in order to get out of prison, they must withdraw their candidature and denounce me and the National Unity Platform.
Thus, Jean Muyambi was smuggled out of prison (without the knowledge of our legal team) and ended up at Museveni's rally. Kiconco opted to stay in prison, and after unsuccessful attempts at bail, she finally gave in. Two days ago, she was also smuggled out of prison and taken to meet another of Museveni's cold-blooded henchmen, Thomas Tayebwa, who has taken it upon himself to approach all our candidates offering them money for them to withdraw from their campaigns. Meanwhile, the 36, who include two other candidates who are still refusing to sell out, are all still in prison! That is how low our nation has sunk. You can clearly see that the judiciary is complicit in this criminality. We can use the #ProtestVote2026 to open a new chapter!

Final rally held at Kachumbala County in Bukedea district. The people of Teso have not succumbed to intimidations and threats that had taken shape before we made it to Bukedea. Their courage and presence at our rally obviously communicates that the masses cannot be silenced by a handful of individuals who wield state power.
This is what the protest vote is all about. Courage, perseverance and strength. The tenth week of our campaign trail has come to an end. Thank you Teso. Thank you Bukedea. Eyalama Noi

Saddened by the passing of Dr. Joe Beasley, a towering U.S. human rights activist who dedicated his life to the struggles for freedom and justice across the world. Grateful that he used his powerful voice to amplify our struggle for freedom and democracy in Uganda. May his soul rest in peace.
