I often tipped 30-40% when eating out at the few restaurants struggling to survive the shutdowns during covid. But now I am back to usual 15%.

I appreciate the sign posted. Simply wouldn’t go in. We have a high end fish restaurant in town that tried a service charge and tip model. I didn’t do both. They will survive fine without me.
