@elonmusk ETFs could allow holders to vote, and pro-rata the fund's votes accordingly. They choose not to. In theory shareholder control is worth something. If an ETF issuer wanted to facilitate such a thing, their ETF should trade at a slight premium to a similar ETF without the feature.
