The verse shows you will need to understand and see things from God's view in order to judge rightly so God has to put His spirit on Him to enable that
Judging wrongly will put you in trouble against God so to do it right is to fear God

The spirit of God rest upon Him and the qualities of that spirit is what was mentioned

One interesting thing about the Bible is that, it can give you a preview of your destiny in view of how you are living your life now

Life can still be predictable admist contingencies, you can fashion your life such that somethings MUST happen
