.@SouthwestAir I had to cancel my flight today due to the rise in COVID and Delta variant in FL. Why can’t I get a refund/credit on my early bird Checkin fees? I can’t see any reason those should be non-refundable besides the need for corporate profit margins. Can someone assist?
