The UK public celebrates a genuine national treasure on his centenary, which coincides with a landslide of council votes for a political party that rejects net zero, wants to defund the institutions that Attenborough's life has enriched, and doesn't care about nature. Go figure.
the biggest enshittification that ive seen post-2020 is every customer-facing job running off a skeleton crew cause every company realized that they can *technically* survive off of it and increase their profits in the process
Just took my 93 year old grandmother to vote, she's registered blind. In a very loud voice she said, "which box is for bringing back 13 episode series of Doctor Who with socialist allegories and horror episodes" A cheer went up from the waiting voters.

ngl was never any good at this game and both periods of my life i tried to get good was at major depressive points
i also don’t like to clutter our place with Nerd Merch
but i would cop this
i want nothing more than to be part of a motion design or live events studio, learning and growing as a team, and it is proving difficult to find somewhere
looooove the idea of a six week course. last series of this show was the first i watched, and the briefs were just so good that it was a shame people were getting eliminated.
a six week course is delightful. shame it’s celeb and not experienced potters
We're thrilled to announce a brand new five-part series: The Great Celebrity Pottery Throw Down.
With host Liza Tarbuck and judges Keith Brymer Jones and Rich Miller, six celebrities with little to no pottery experience will brave the clay.
More connectors launching today: Adobe Creative Cloud, Ableton, Splice, Canva Affinity, SketchUp, and Resolume.
We've also joined the Blender Development Fund as a patron to support open-source development of the software.

Assassin’s Creed: Hexe is targeting 2027 for release.
The next major AC title, is reportedly having massive changes internally according to Insider Gaming:
- Magical aspects from the game are being removed after Jean Guesdon became head of AC earlier this year
- For example, controlling a cat was meant to be a major feature and its been cut
- Instead, magic will take a more chemistry approach like being able to craft a smoke bomb which the locals believe makes someone disappear
- Assassin’s Creed Hexe is reportedly currently aiming for June 2027 launch, but may be pushed back to holiday 2027 after 50 developers were re-assigned off the project for budget reasons
- Both the creative and game directors have left since these changes started to be implemented
AC Hexe for years has been rumored to be a Naughty Dog style take on a cinematic, story-heavy Assassin’s Creed. While I am not a fan of magical aspects in AC, I hope their removal doesn’t make the game feel incomplete due to how late it is happening.
I am still very excited for this game and have been for many years, dark ages Holy Roman Empire setting sounds awesome to me.
