I waited 6 months and the watch came back broken still. Now I sent it again in service and you tell me to wait another 6 months. What type of scam is this?

@Jomashop never orders from this place. It’s nothing but a scam, read the reviews, and should’ve known it wasn’t legit. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVER!!! They will STEAL your money, your money.

@Jomashop I have called 2 separate times and been cut off her a 30m hold. Your chat feature for service is useless, and your email options do not even address what my problem is. I did a “call back” over 30m ago, and no call back. Someone pleased reach out to me.

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY COMPANY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE. I REQUEST TRACKING ON AN ORDER PLACE 7 DAYS AGO AND I GET THE SAME COPY AND PASTED RESPONSE. I TRY TO CALL AND I STAY ON HOLD FOR 30 MINS THEN IT SAYS THE STORE IS CLOSED. When you select the shipping method, it gives you the option to pay an additional fee to have it shipped in two days.
