When I was Muslim, I would argue & say we had the same prophets as Christians.
But this one broke me:
Surah 17:101: Allah gave Moses 9 clear signs.
I knew the list. The staff. The shining hand. The drought. The flood. The locusts. The lice. The frogs. The blood.
I held onto those 9 signs like proof I had the real story.
But bro, you know what shook me?
There’s a night missing.
After all nine signs, right before Israel walks out of Egypt, something happens that the Quran goes completely silent on.
A lamb is slaughtered.
Its blood painted on the doorposts.
And death passes over every house covered by that blood.
The Passover.
I grew up hearing the whole Exodus story. But nobody ever told me about the blood on the door.
Islam just skips it.
And here’s what wrecked me.
The Bible, the book I was taught was corrupted, mentions the Passover over 70 times.
Exodus. Leviticus. Numbers. Deuteronomy. The Psalms. The Prophets. The Gospels. Paul.
70 times.
So I had to ask myself the honest question:
If men corrupted this book, why would they obsess over the same story for 1500 years? Across dozens of authors who never met?
You don’t forge a document 70 times.
That’s just not corruption.
That to me is preservation.
And then I read the line that finished me off.
1 Corinthians 5:7.
“Christ our Passover lamb has been sacrificed.”
That’s when it hit me.
The whole story was never just about Moses.
It was always pointing to a King.
The final lamb. Whose blood, when applied to your life, makes death pass over you.
Forever.
The Quran gave me 9 signs but hid the one night that explains why any of them happened.
Because the moment a Muslim understands the Passover…
he’s one step away from the cross.
Greeks consume 24 liters of olive oil per person per year. Americans consume 1. That ratio explains this photo better than genetics.
Extra virgin olive oil contains over 30 phenolic compounds, the most important being oleocanthal and oleuropein. Oleocanthal has anti-inflammatory properties so similar to ibuprofen that researchers initially thought they'd contaminated their samples. When you consume it daily for decades, these polyphenols accumulate in skin tissue and neutralize the reactive oxygen species that UV radiation generates in your epidermis. The free radicals that cause photoaging in most people are getting quenched before they can degrade collagen.
The diet stacks on top of that. Tomatoes are a staple across Greece, and lycopene, the red pigment, absorbs UV radiation directly. One study found that people eating 40 grams of tomato paste daily for 10 weeks became measurably more resistant to sunburn. Add omega-3s from fish, carotenoids from vegetables, and resveratrol from red wine, and you've built an internal photoprotection system that no SPF bottle replicates.
Researchers at Tel Aviv University studied Mediterranean populations and found melanoma rates were extremely low despite intense sun exposure. The diet was doing what people assumed only melanin could do. The antioxidant-rich group in their study had 50% fewer oxidation products in their blood after five to six hours of daily sun exposure over two weeks.
The man in this photo didn't survive the sun. He ate a diet for 80 years that turned his skin into something the sun couldn't easily break down. 24 liters of liquid armor per year, every year, since before sunscreen existed.
@Seashel1919@breakthrough48@Innerdevcrypto To fully innerstand ask the Almighty to open your spiritual eyes. Only knowing and seeing the truth for ourselves can set us free.
This testimonial from someone able to see into the spirital realms since birth has been most eye opening to me :

@euromaximal Jup just made it 7th winter houseless, most of those years in mid Portugal. Work isn't available either without specialized degree.
I have a mason friend here who works real hard and gets paid 3 euro per hour.

@WhiteWhaleLabs respect for overcoming houselessness 👑
May your lineage forever be provided for by the Almighty.

a lady on tiktok said the biggest change in her prayer life was moving from desperation to authority. she said God isn’t asking us to beg, he’s asking us to believe.
@CCPool_Daniel If you would consider 10k then I will ensure the funds are distributed solely to 10 people in actual true need. (battling starvation)

After Vancouver gave people experiencing homeless $5,800:
*50% found stable housing in a month
*70% were food secure in a month
*Alcohol, drug and cigarette spending dropped 40%
*A year later, average savings account was $1,000
Direct cash payments work.

@CCPool_Daniel A curious attempt at charity yet easy to thwart.
if I may make a suggestion, how about this:
If someone has a ID and cause verified GoFundMe for over 5 years then you will fulfill their goal.
That’s a real question, Scripture actually answers it.
“The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
— Gospel of Matthew 26:41
Demons obey instantly because they have no choice.
We hesitate because we have will, our flesh, fear, and desires wrestle with God’s voice.
It’s not a hearing problem, it’s a surrender problem.
@Innerdevcrypto Jep many unfortunately have to find out the hard way, was strict vegan (mostly raw fruitarian) for ~20yrs. Made it by a hair by watching ex vegan videos who healed of everything by eating animal nutrition.
For those unsure I suggest watching the Epitome of malnourishment series.
christian hermit friend:
- 50 years of sitting in silence & prayer every morning for 6 hours
- takes care of a little abandoned church, which he restored on his own, he lives next to it
- sitting next to him is incredible: the man literally channels the holy spirit all the time, pure bliss
- kindest person i ever met
- cares zero about money, power, fame, greed, attention
- washes himself in the little river next to the church
- lives a super humble life and makes wood furniture by hand in the afternoon
i only send people to him that have serious inner development and consider the reclusive life, so they get an idea of what that really looks like, they stay with him a couple of days and always come away in total awe
this man has my deepest respect and whom i admire enormously, we get along so well just sitting in silence or discussing various christian scriptures
This is what true power and inner development looks like, this is what pure happiness looks like, this is a man who lives in total surrender to god/absolute/brahman/infinity (whatever you want to call it) and truly embodies it in his real life. This is someone i admire
