@ScottishPower absolutely terrible service! Was promised a call today to discuss my complaint which I got however I picked up and then you hung up and never phoned me back! Now I can’t get through to anyone and it won’t let me log on! Bloody joke!

@MichelobULTRA So just phoned and used that reference number to be told it is in someone else name. Gave you all my details and was on the phone for 25 mins which will cost a fortune from the UK, then got told I needed to phone the UK number?! Not a great start
