@virginmedia I did & they couldn’t. Now escalated to the secondary faults management team according to your very helpful colleague Mohammed. You have a general email outage for a large number of customers which needs fixing at you end. Estimated timing to resolve please?

Why is real estate changing? Because our customers no longer want, or need, what we are selling. Decades of talk, reports, legislation changed nothing. But when you lose your customer, everything has to change. And hurrah to that!
