@BelieveInKlopp Was 12. With Spurs supporting uncle, aunt and cousins. Me and a man sat behind were the only two LFC fans on Spurs side of stadium. He kept saying 3-1 all match. When Ronnie scored I could see 20,000 fans sat down looking at me cheer. After third goal, he said: told you!
@derekpringle Malcolm Marshall and Wasim Akram. Two greatest yes. Both could also read the wicket or take it out of the equation entirely. Watching Dennis Lillee in 1972 he looked enthralling - a force of nature. Height and pace. Curtly Ambrose.
@Sinzu_7@acb1lfc@AnythingLFC_ Actually I do have a clue. Used to run half marathons three times weekly for fifteen years as well as working office. And am a qualified cook. FWIW I think youโre also right. But football at the top level does not make allowances. He is not sufficiently mobile to max his talent.
Abbey Lincoln is one of my favorite Jazz Singers. She is extraordinarily expressive and uniquely her own, yet she doesn't get talked about nearly enough. "People In Me" is one of her most celebrated albums. It was recorded in Tokyo, Japan, and it explores and uplifts her ethnicity and heritage. All of the songs were penned by Abbey, which explains the intensity, intimacy, and brilliance of the recording. The title track would re-appear, re-recorded, on her 1992 album "Devil's Got Your Tongue" ๐
Check out the songs: "Africa", "People In Me", "Natas (Playmate)" & "Dorian (The Man With The Magic".

@acb1lfc@AnythingLFC_ I think you may have a point. Looks to be heavy. Needs to reexamine dietary choices. In the days of Botham and Gazza it was thought you merely had to be โa blokeโ but this thinking is antiquated. Ask Mr Milner.
@GRReynolds3 His debut album and All True Man featuring notable contributions from the underrated the Denzil Foster and Thomas McElroy are two favourites. Hearsay for me was a poppier riff on his first album. Didnโt really feel it tbh.
@LFCApproved Iraola is going to be a fantastic Liverpool Manager. He will be very successful and very well liked. Whether he stays for a lengthy period of time is conjecture.
"...His influence, whether direct or through osmosis, has been deep and persistent... Luckily for us all, thereโs plenty of stations to visit in the Sonny Rollins Time Machine." From Fred Kaplan, The Wondrous Vinyl Legacy of Sonny Rollins: https://t.co/839TBmlAWZ
@theglisted@worldwidewaddie Seldom has a singer impressed upon all listeners that they mean every single lyrical sentiment. Every time I listen I listen.
Happy 84th birthday to R&B/soul singer, songwriter, and lead singer of The O'Jays, Eddie Levert. He was born on June 16, 1942. #HappyBirthday
