I’ve unlocked the prices on the Nectar app, and don’t have the SmartShop app but receive none of the Nectar Prices at the till when I shop at supermarket tills. What am I doing wrong?

@Specsavers Hi, yes the website has separate options for ‘book and eye test’ and ‘book a contact lens appointment’.

This is confusing. Will the ‘eye test’ only update both my glasses prescription and my contact lens prescription, or do I need separate appointments?
