It’s fun to watch karma catch up every now and then.
Remember when Elon Musk doxxed FEMA CFO Mary Comans and accused her of illegally sending millions of dollars to New York City hotels housing migrants?
He got her fired.
Well, a federal judge just fully cleared her name, and holy shit, the ruling is delicious.
Turns out, Comans didn’t even have the authority to approve those payments herself.
You wanna know who did?
DOGE did.
DOGE personnel had actually approved the continued funding.
The judge found that Musk, Kristi Noem, and other senior officials were part of a coordinated campaign to spread accusations about Comans that they knew were false.
THAT THEY KNEW WERE FALSE.
He described Musk’s conduct as “state sanctioned intimidation.”
But this part of the ruling really stuck with me.
“For reasons unfathomable to this Court, officials chose to turn the power of the federal government against a singular employee with an impeccable record of public service.”
“an impeccable record of public service”
A woman who spent 21 years serving the federal government was publicly accused of criminal wrongdoing, fired, and had her reputation dragged through the mud.
All over payments she didn’t authorize, and that DOGE actually approved.
Who’s being held accountable for what happened to that poor woman?
A *lie* about Talarico spending 10 days in a mental hospital is getting more media coverage than a *true story* about Paxton partying in Dubai with his mistress and a couple of white collar criminals. YOUR MAINSTREAM MEDIA, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! 🙄
one day you’ll all realize great thunberg sacrificed her entire youth for a better world she might never see and she’s barely an adult. meanwhile the adults in her world can’t even be bothered to imagine it, let alone fight for it. brave soul.
The bigger story is that the richest man in the world helped the Paxton campaign spread a completely made up story about his opponent and no one will face any consequences
Ziobots/MAGA: "Why don't you go to Palestine & see how they treat loud feminist atheists with tattoos who don't cover their hair/bodies."
Me: OK, so, I did. I dressed normally, tattoos visible. Palestinians were nothing but welcoming and kind. Israelis attacked us, though
Internet: "Bullshit! Things that never happened! Where's your pictures?"
Me: [shares pictures]
Internet: Palestine isn't even real!
Reminder: Ziobots cannot be swayed by things like facts. Don't argue, just block them.
Paul McCartney talks about enjoying Billie’s music when asked if there are any modern songs he wishes he had written in an interview on “Good Hang with Amy Poehler"! 🤍
Right now, tanks and military vehicles are advancing in eastern Gaza City under extremely heavy air cover, with gunfire everywhere.
I’m talking to my friend at this very moment, and I can barely hear his voice because of the intense gunfire around him. It seems that more areas will be seized from us tonight, and we have no idea what awaits us in the coming hours.
Talk about Gaza and what is happening here. Share what you see. don’t stop. The situation is literally spiraling out of control.

.@Variety exclusively reveals that Oscar-winning soundtrack composer Hildur Guðnadóttir will also be scoring "The Bell Jar" starring Billie! 👀
She adds:
"[Working with a fellow Oscar-winning musician like Eilish] makes a huge difference [...] You know she understands the process that goes into writing music, so what you write can really resonate with her. [...] For me, the core of Plath’s writing is that she’s searching for identity. She keeps asking, ‘Who am I?’ and then uses her writing to understand that. Billie, Sarah and I have been exploring how we hear that, how to translate it into music [...] It’s one of the most exciting projects I’ve ever done.”
