it is more of a defense game, where enemies come from outside the playable area. The map is split into regions, that you can take with resources. There can be enemy presence in a region, like a camp or an outpost but no full AI opponent on the map.
The game name will be revealed along with the announcement trailer at #IGNLive !

In my game I use a 12-directional grid to get the best of both worlds.
It offers a lot of freedom and keeps the snappy and precise nature of a grid
that’s sooo satisfying!
