@GregLehman Thanks Greg. There should be no differences in any 'characteristics' (such as running volume, 'baseline' strength levels, age, gender, habits, etc) due to the randomization. But...
@luukhil We did not investigate the programs separately, so we simply don't know.. It may differ between runners. Purely speculating, I think foam-rolling may be better in reducing early symptoms of RRI. Strength training, on the other hand, can perhaps increase the load tolerance more.
