Our Public Affairs team & our Managing Partner, @Jonathan_BBK pose proudly with the printed version of our Manifesto for Injured People.

The Transport Bill appears to have been shelved for now - & with it, the promise that private e-scooter use on our public highways will be appropriately regulated.
Action is needed - without it, public confusion abounds & the wild west of manufacture and sale continues.
My 1st trip to the Court of Appeal on MXX v A Secondary School was yesterday. The learned judges did not make their decision yday, acknowledging there was a lot to think about, including whether someone undertaking work experience & abuses someone means the institution is liable.
Yours in Scouting - a platform for survivors of childhood sexual abuse in the scouts. Please read my blog and support their important campaign @safeinscouting

A brilliant event in Parliament yesterday for the APPG for #WomeninDefence hosted by @SarahAthertonMP celebrating the progress made for #servicewomen.
BBK is passionate about effecting positive change and it was our pleasure to sponsor and speak at this event @militaryclaims.
Yesterday our chairman Ian was part of the judging panel for the @BoltBurdonKemp biennial Design the Change competition.
The competition invites university students to design something that will improve the life of someone with a spinal cord injury. 👏

Continuing our Thanks from the weekend, Team Maulers would also like to Thank @BoltBurdonKemp for their continued support and funding!
Without them we wouldn’t be able to train or look as smart as we do (as modelled by our chairman in this photo!)
Thank you! 👏

In wake of stars of a 1968 film claiming they were coerced into performing nude scenes as teenagers for the movie, specialist solicitor Jonathan Wheeler unpacks theatre’s vital need to protect young actors https://t.co/3WFOoMG2JF
Eye opening: As the stars of Romeo & Juliet sue Paramount, @steverose7's article in @guardian today (https://t.co/ZZ7RlaITP3) exposes sexual exploitation of child/ young actors in the film industry. Abuse in plain sight? Well it wouldn't be the first time.
Some may be aware that I represent the maternal family of Olivia Perks. Following the publication of the Service Inquiry Report into her death, the family have prepared a short statement which can be found here: https://t.co/HG5Ngrz23Y

My colleague @MollyTonks1 blogs beautifully about the impact of pressure ulcers. Almost all of them are entirely avoidable yet they cost the NHS an estimated £3.8million a day. Deaf ears... but... @Jeremy_Hunt, how about spending some money to save a whole lot more? #dontsitonit
We are happy to share that our brand new #office has been featured in @officesnapshots.
