I’ve spent the last 2 Saturdays clearing rubbish from the banks of the Roding (at Barking and Ilford) and from the Aldersbrook in front of the Tunnel Academy with the @riverroding trust and a bunch of amazing people. Great for the soul, bad for the back!

@LGG1989 @mike_reader Thanks, just pointing out that whilst a helmet won’t stop you breaking your arm it will stop you breaking your head. It’s an important piece of kit when out cycling on our roads. I really don’t trust most of our drivers to not knock me off.
